IMPORTANT: Clients should refer to their electronically signed Human Resources Consulting Service Agreement (the "Agreement") for complete service fees and payment.
Up HR Consulting, LLC offers transparent pricing for all HR services. This policy outlines our fees, payment terms, and related procedures.
Service Rates: Pricing is based on the service type—hourly rates, and/or retainers. Custom quotes are provided after an initial consultation.
Invoicing: Invoices are issued monthly following the period during which the services were performed.
Payment Methods: We accept bank payments (ACH), Visa, Mastercard, Discover,and American Express. Payments are due within 20 days from the invoice date.
Deposits: A deposit may be required upon execution of the Agreement.
Refunds: Due to the nature of human resources consulting and the time invested in delivering customized solutions, Up HR Consulting, LLC does not offer refunds for any services rendered. All sales are final. For any concerns or issues with the services provided, contact Up HR Consulting, LLC so they may be addressed promptly.
Cancellations: Should either the client or Up HR Consulting, LLC wish to terminate the agreement prior to the agreement end date, a written notice of 7 days must be provided to the other party. Upon termination, the client is required to promptly pay for all services rendered before the effective termination date. No other compensation, of any nature of type, will be payable after the termination of the agreement.
